Membership
A meditation practice needs two things: a reason to sit down at a set time, and something to practise in between. Membership gives you both.
Live Classes
Four every week on Zoom, with me. Tuesday lunchtime, Thursday evening, Saturday morning and Sunday evening, every week of the year.
They are guided, so there is nothing to prepare and nothing to get right. Turn up, sit, and be led through it. Almost everyone who tries to meditate alone stops within a few weeks, not because it is hard but because nothing in the day makes room for it. A class at a set time, with other people, is the most reliable fix anyone has found.
The Course Library
Over 120 lessons across ten courses, yours to work through in your own time.
This is what fills the days between classes. Start at the beginning and work through, or go straight to what you need: something for sleep, something for a week that has got on top of you, something to take the practice deeper. It stays available for as long as you are a member, so you can return to a lesson whenever you need it.
