The Big Green Calm Experiment is a series of three meditation classes designed to help you learn and benefit from the key meditations I have developed over my 12 years of teaching meditation to promote mental well-being.
📅 Big Green Calm Class Schedule:
- 🌟 Thursday, April 24 at 7:00 PM
- 🌟 Saturday, April 26 at 10:00 AM
- 🌟 Sunday, April 27 at 7:00 PM
All classes will be held on Zoom through The Meditation Course.
The experimental side is that after each session, you'll have the opportunity to feed back through a quick quiz to help us understand the effectiveness of the meditations.
I will adjust the practices for the following classes based on results of the preceding ones so over five days we improve as we go!
