Q&A Session - AMA (Ask me Anything) - Comments and Suggestions for a serialised book to support The Meditation Course!

Tuesday 31 August at 7.30 pm London Time on Instagram Live and Podbean.

Hi Everyone,

I have been asked many times over the course of the last eight years when I will write a book.

I’ve decided the time is right for me to write a serialised book which I shall publish in The Meditation Course website at https://meditationcourse.live.

Book serialisation is when a book is released in small pieces over a period of time, rather than all in one complete book. Book serialization is done on publishing friendly platforms such as The Meditation Course Website at https://meditationcourse.live

Before I start this project, I would really welcome your questions and opinions.

My plan is to serialise the book by publishing it on The Meditation Course website, as a set of posts until the book is complete.

My plan is to run regular Q&A sessions where I shall incorporate the answers in the book. Basically I shall be crowdsourcing it based on what questions I am asked in the Q&A sessions.

Crowdsourcing is obtaining information or input into a task or project by enlisting the services of a large number of people, typically via the internet.

I believe that this will make writing the book a collaborative project that will be fun and informative.

To kick this off, I will run a question and answer session this coming week on Tuesday evening on Podbean and Instagram.

The Q&A session will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions about any of the subjects I cover and make any comments or suggestions that you wish.

Here are some example subjects:

Meditation
Mindfulness
The Mind
Anxiety
Stress
Worry
Purpose
Happiness
Calmness
Focus
Happiness
Relaxation
etc. etc. etc...

You can ask questions and comment on both Podbean and Instagram in the text chat.

If you are not sure which questions to ask, here are two things I would really like to know.

  1. What did you learn from me that helped you the most?
  2. What would you like to know that would help you the most right now?

If you can't make the session, feel free to message or email me the questions and I shall include the answers (anonymously if you wish) during the session.
