Many people come to meditation due to some sort of crisis.

They may also have read that meditation helps with stress. One of the biggest misunderstandings about meditation stems from this.

Beginners can try to use meditation as a stress-management practice. "I am stressed, therefore I need to meditate".

Keep in mind that meditation is mental training. We train when we can benefit the most from the training.

Meditate when you feel the most powerful in any day, week, or month.
