I shall do a different take on the meditation guides tonight. At least three different meditations with a specific focus for each meditation of A meditation for anxiety, a meditation for stress, and a meditation for depression.
We are only on Zoom tonight - more information to come as to why. This class will be a journey through some of the basic meditations. The theme will be the Four Pillars of Meditation and how each pillar 'Calmness, Focus, Relaxation and Mindfulness', is enhanced by the practice.
