We have two online courses (and one in-person course) starting over the next two days, and you can still join either or both.

The Sleep, Rest & Energy online course

Starting tonight (Monday 6 October) at 7.30 pm is the 4-week Meditation for Sleep, Rest & Energy online course on Zoom.

Discover how to cultivate or refine your meditation skills to improve your sleep and rest. Additionally, stay up-to-date with the latest sleep technology and discover what contributes to a good night's sleep.


The Autumn 5-week Mindfulness course

Starting tomorrow (Tuesday, 7 October) at 7 pm is the Autumn 5-week Mindfulness-Based Resilience course.

I have taught this course to thousands of students over the past decade. In that time, I have refined the skills and practices to make them more accessible and easier to integrate into our ever-busier lives, building a resilience-supporting personal development framework that you can learn over five weeks.
