Recovering from The Autopilot

In this class, I shall explain the fundamentals of autopilot and presence and we shall practice some techniques that will help us to recover when the autopilot state becomes sticky, and powerful, and difficult to get out of.

Presence and Resilience

Being present (mindful) is a coping mechanism. In this class I shall explain how it works and outline a mindfulness-based strategy with techniques for dealing with adversity.

What is Wellbeing?

In this class, we shall explore wellbeing and discover how meditation, mindfulness and resilience practices work to help people to flourish.
