**The most powerful one**

Breathe in, then breathe out as slowly as you possibly can. This is the one that really moves the needle from stress into relaxation, and it comes with a health warning.

- Breathe in, filling the belly.
- Breathe out through pursed lips or through the teeth, so it hisses.
- Let the body breathe out slowly. Do not force the length.
- Count while you do it. One thousand, two one thousand, and so on.
- Three rounds, stopping each time you begin to feel uncomfortable.
- Has been seen to drop heart rates by 20 beats per minute.
