Hi everyone, 

This is a short video that I recorded when I realised that I didn't really have a video with the most useful guidance in it. 

This video is aimed at those of you that have a meditation practice and are either trying to build on it or maintain it. 

It also has an element of 'those things I wish I knew early on in my meditation practice'. 

There is probably something useful here for any meditators.
