### What is Beditation?

Beditation is the practice of meditating while lying down in bed. This practice can be done as you start your day or as a way to unwind before sleep. It can be any number of meditation practices that gain focus, reduce stress, create relaxation or improve rest and sleep.

### How I Enhance My Energy With Beditation

Beditation benefits our energy in many ways.

**I have sets of meditative practices that I use at various times in a night.** Before bed, I will meditate if I find it difficult to fall asleep immediately. I have other techniques if I wake up at night and don't fall back to sleep. In the morning, if I wake up early or don't need to get up right away, again, I will meditate. These routines form a notable part of my personal meditation practice.

### Understanding Beditation: A Simple Approach to Wellbeing

**Enhanced Focus:** With time, you may notice improved concentration and focus throughout the day.

😴
