In-Person at Contingent Works

The Saturday morning mindfulness meditation class has run in a variety of venues since 2017.
We are currently at Contingent Works in the centre of Bromley at 10 am each Saturday from where I broadcast a Livestream on Podbean.
Beginners and experienced meditators are all welcome.
The format is a 15-minute talk followed by meditations on a subject relevant to mindfulness, meditation and resilience.
Contingent Works is at 1-3 Elmfield Road, BR1 1LW (Between the gelato parlour and Boots the chemist opposite the bus stops by the Glades).

In-Person Class Details

You have many travel options
There is no need to book. We have plenty of space.
You can pay on arrival. A single Class is £10 with discounted passes for regular students.

The class is very rarely cancelled but if you want to be sure it is running before arriving on the day, feel free to join the Bromley Mindfulness WhatsApp Group which is where we post any rare up-to-the-minute changes.
